Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, service, supply).
• Support corporate governance matters including board resolutions and shareholder agreements.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution processes.
