Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in publishing, editorial coordination, or related environment.
• Recent graduates with internships or practical publishing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Publishing, English, Journalism, Communications, Information Science, Humanities, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manuscripts through copyediting, typesetting, proofreading, author corrections, and publication.
• Maintain publication schedules and monitor production progress against deadlines.
• Communicate with authors, editors, proofreaders, typesetters, and other production partners.
• Track manuscripts and milestones using workflow management systems.
• Review copyedited and typeset files against house style and production standards.
• Verify accuracy of author corrections and proof changes.
• Assist with DOI registration, Crossref deposit, indexing and repository compliance.
• Maintain production records and prepare routine reports on progress.
