Qualifications

• Matric required; Mathematics or accounting advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with inventory systems or ERP (e.g., Sage) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability and high accuracy.
• Computer literacy using MS Office Suite; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory updates, stock tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain records of stock movements and replenishment needs.
• Support forecasting and demand planning with data analysis.
• Update inventory models in Excel with accurate data.
• Help prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and flag shortages or overstock risks.
• Collaborate with DCs to obtain accurate movement data.
• Contribute to MRP activities and SOP updates.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly inventory reviews and cycle counts.
