Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Foundational understanding of quality control principles and SPC.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing production data to identify quality deviations.
• Support implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis for quality defects and help develop corrective actions.
• Conduct process audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of quality documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with production teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the manufacturing process.
