Qualifications

• B.Eng. / B.Sc. in Industrial- or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong background in theory and techniques in a specialised field and project management.

Responsibilities

• Draft system functional specifications.
• Implement design through project management.
• Provide training as part of solution implementation.
• Monitor effectiveness of the solution against SLA with the customer.
• Rectify deviations from SLA due to design-related issues.
• Support operations in deviations from SLA due to operations.
• Pursue continuous improvement of the solution and its execution efficiency.
• Execute operational responsibilities as required by customer (e.g. engineering changes, special projects).
• Control expenditures within the project budget.
