Golden Yolk, a large layer poultry farm, is seeking a Junior Farm Manager in Paarl (also Patterson and Bloemfontein) to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate is neat, proactive and able to lead, plan and communicate effectively in Afrikaans and English.

You will assist in managing layer poultry farming, poultry houses, bio-security, production planning, stock management, admin and inventory, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in agriculture is preferred.
• Exposure to layer poultry production is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional administrative and computer skills.

Golden Yolk is a large, established layer poultry farm.The company currently has Junior Farm Manager roles available in the following areas: Patterson, Paarl and Bloemfontein.

This position is ideal for a dynamic person who wants to grow his/her career. The ideal candidate is a neat and proactive individual with excellent leadership, planning and communication skills (Afrikaans and English).

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification (diploma / degree) will be beneficial

• Previous exposure to the agriculture industry will strengthen the application

• Exposure in a layer poultry production environment will be beneficial
