Qualifications

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the farm, ensuring optimal production, adherence to biosecurity protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of animal health and productivity. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all daily farm operations, including feeding, watering, ventilation, and litter management for multiple poultry houses.
• Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity, hygiene, and disease prevention protocols to maintain flock health.
• Monitor bird performance metrics (feed conversion, weight gain, mortality rates) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage a team of farm workers, providing training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the procurement of feed, veterinary supplies, and other essential farm inputs.
• Maintain detailed records of flock health, production data, feed consumption, and operational costs.
