• Participate in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.
• Liaise with clients, regulators and other parties as required.
• Assist in corporate filings and regulatory compliance tasks.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent law firm in Paarl, is seeking an ambitious Junior Corporate Associate to join their thriving corporate and commercial law department. You will assist senior lawyers in advising clients on a variety of matters, including company formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior associates and partners in advising clients on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance matters.

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on various corporate and commercial law issues.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
