Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 1–3 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong academic record with a focus on commercial law subjects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen analytical mind and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with general corporate compliance and commercial legal principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
