About the Role

Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Associate Attorney with a focus on Corporate Law to join their established firm in East London . This is an on-site position where you will contribute to a wide range of corporate legal matters, including contract drafting, M&A support, and general corporate advisory services. You will work closely with senior attorneys, gaining invaluable experience and developing your legal expertise within a supportive and professional setting. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and is committed to providing high-quality legal services to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in drafting and reviewing corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, partnership deeds, and service contracts.
• Support due diligence investigations for corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on corporate law issues and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with the formation, registration, and dissolution of companies.
• Manage client communications and correspondence related to ongoing matters.
• Contribute to the development of legal strategies and client advice.

Requirements
