Key Responsibilities

• Advise on and draft complex commercial contracts, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.


• Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies.


• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on corporate governance matters.


• Manage and resolve legal disputes, litigation, and regulatory investigations.


• Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as necessary.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with a minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience.
