Our client, a respected firm within the construction industry, is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join their team as a Junior Construction Cost Estimator in East London, Eastern Cape . Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior estimators in preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Measure quantities from drawings and perform take-offs for materials and labor.
• Research and gather data on material costs, labor rates, and equipment expenses.
• Input data into estimating software and spreadsheets.
• Maintain an organized database of project costs and supplier information.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents.

Requirements
