Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, such as lease agreements, service contracts, and shareholder agreements.
• Conduct legal research on commercial law issues, case law, and statutory provisions.
• Support corporate transactional work, including due diligence investigations and the preparation of transaction documents.
• Assist in the management of litigation files and correspondence with clients and opposing counsel.
• Prepare legal opinions and advisory memoranda on commercial matters.
• Attend client meetings and court proceedings under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks related to legal practice.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by assisting in the preparation of articles or presentations.
