This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a newly admitted attorney or one with 1-2 years of experience to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment. The role will involve assisting senior attorneys with a diverse range of commercial legal matters, including contract drafting and review, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions support, and general commercial litigation. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.
