Qualifications

• LLB degree and admission as an Attorney of the High Court required.
• Interest in commercial law principles helpful.
• Strong research, analytical and writing skills essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior associates and partners in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research on diverse commercial law issues and present findings concisely.
• Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda and other client-facing documents.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Attend client meetings and court proceedings under supervision.
