Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent required.
• Admission as an Attorney or Advocate in South Africa.
• 0–3 years of experience in commercial law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts and documents.
• Conduct legal research on commercial law issues, statutes, and case precedents.
• Manage client portfolios and ensure deadlines and documentation are organized.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on matters.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to legal strategies.
