You will assist senior engineers on projects transforming raw land into commercial, residential, and industrial spaces, focusing on grading, drainage, utilities, and transportation.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Eligibility for ECSA registration as a Candidate Engineer.
• 0–3 years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on site development or land planning.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and basic engineering principles.
• Understanding of South African land use regulations and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of site development plans, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with design documents.
• Perform engineering calculations for stormwater management, earthworks, and road design.
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and other consultants on project design and implementation.
• Review construction submittals and respond to contractor inquiries.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and project documentation.
