Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years in process development or related field.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, reaction kinetics.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Aspen HYSYS or ChemCAD is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and execution of lab and pilot plant experiments.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate process performance.
• Support scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial scales.
