Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience in the chemical industry or relevant internships.
• Basic understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
• Familiarity with process simulation software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of chemical processes and equipment.
• Support senior engineers in data collection, analysis, and troubleshooting of process issues.
• Participate in pilot plant trials and process scale-up activities.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, process documentation, and safety assessments.
• Learn and apply principles of process control and optimization to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including R&D and operations, on various projects.
