Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Associate Management Consultant for its Benoni, Gauteng team. This entry-level role focuses on supporting clients through organizational change, developing change plans, and facilitating adoption of new ways of working.

You will assess change readiness, craft strategies, and collaborate with diverse teams to drive smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes for local clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related consulting role.
• Basic understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assessment of organizational readiness for change.
• Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans.
• Help design and deliver communication and training materials to support change initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels to address concerns and foster buy-in.
• Document change processes and track progress against key milestones.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into broader project plans.
• Support the identification and mitigation of resistance to change.
• Contribute to client workshops and team meetings.
