Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric completed.
• School-level Computer Science / Information Technology (Advantageous).
• High school Mathematics, Accounting, or Business Studies (Advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Assist with database administration and routine system maintenance.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, de-duplication, and quality audits.
• Maintain data across CRM systems, Zoho applications, and databases.
• Gather operational data and map business processes and workflows.
• Update and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools.
• Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Support data governance, user permissions, and system compliance.
• Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports for management; learn SQL, workflow automation, and low-code tools under guidance.
• Liaise with internal departments while maintaining confidentiality and POPIA compliance.
