The position is ideal for school leavers with basic computer literacy who want hands-on experience in SQL fundamentals, dashboards, and data analytics within a fast-paced business environment. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn SQL, business intelligence, workflow automation, and low-code platforms such as Zoho.

Responsibilities

• Assist with database administration and routine system maintenance.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, de-duplication, and quality audits.
• Maintain data across CRM systems, Zoho applications, and operational databases
• Gather operational data and assist with mapping business processes and workflows.
• Update and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools.
• Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support data governance, user permissions, and system compliance.
• Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports for management. Learn SQL, workflow automation, and low-code technologies under the guidance of the CTIO.
• Liaise with internal departments while maintaining confidentiality and POPIA compliance.
