Job summary

RESRG Automotive seeks a data/functional analyst to provide SAP support, gather business requirements, and develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel. You will extract and validate data from SAP, contribute to process improvements, and support UAT and system enhancements.

The role requires 1–3 years in a related analytics/BA role, with SAP exposure and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Prior manufacturing or automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Exposure to SAP.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Basic SQL knowledge would be advantageous.
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and SAP support.
• Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel.
• Extract, validate, and analyse data from SAP and other systems.
• Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Assist with reporting automation and data quality improvement initiatives.
