As the Junior Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of the store through strong leadership, operational excellence, and team development. This role requires someone who can lead confidently on the floor, support the growth of the team, and contribute to creating an exceptional retail environment every single day.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, maintain high standards, and help build a team culture that reflects the Burnt Studios brand and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall performance of the store through strong sales execution and customer experience.
