Burnt Studios Ballito is seeking a Junior Assistant Store Manager to help drive store performance through strong sales execution and an outstanding customer experience.

You will lead on-the-floor operations, guide the team with confidence, develop staff, and ensure stock flow, replenishment, and daily standards are maintained.

• 1–2 years retail leadership or supervisory experience.

As the Junior Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of the store through strong leadership, operational excellence, and team development. This role requires someone who can lead confidently on the floor, support the growth of the team, and contribute to creating an exceptional retail environment every single day.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, maintain high standards, and help build a team culture that reflects the Burnt Studios brand and community.
