You will contribute to technical documentation, detailing, and drawing production on diverse projects, with a hybrid work model balancing office and remote work, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and SA regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications using CAD and BIM.
• Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assist in site analysis and construction supervision.
• Help prepare documentation for planning applications and building permits.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure efficient project file management.
• Support senior staff in technical problem-solving and detailing solutions.
