Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architectural practice (internship counts).
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of architectural design principles, building codes and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in the conceptualization and design development of residential and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, models, and presentations using relevant software.
• Support the production of detailed construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration tasks under supervision.
• Research building materials, codes, and regulations applicable to projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Strong desire to learn and develop professionally.

• Registration as a Candidate Architect with SACAP is advantageous.
