Job summary

DO MORE Placements in Parow, Cape Town, is seeking a SAIPA/CIMA Junior Accountant to join the in-house finance team. The role offers exposure beyond data entry, including asset finance transactions, reconciliations, and month-end processes.

The ideal candidate will have completed or be completing their SAIPA or CIMA training in 2026, hold a BCom accounting/financial/accounting degree, and possess about three years of practical accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Completing SAIPA or CIMA training during 2026
• BCom Accounting/Financial/Management Accounting or similar finance degree
• Approximately three years of practical accounting experience
• Hands-on exposure to bank reconciliations, debtors, creditors, journals, VAT, general ledger accounting, month-end and management accounts
• Experience with Sage or comparable accounting package; strong Excel skills
