Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Upload supplier slips and expense documentation on Sage.
• Collate month-end payments for approval.
• Reconcile supplier invoices against agreements and records.
• Support payroll administration for South African entities.
• Monitor supplier costs across expenses.
• Assist in financial tracking and cost analysis.
• Support medical and cover reconciliations.
• Conduct fuel reconciliations and fleet administration.
• Improve finance processes and data accuracy.
