• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Help with accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow forecasts.
• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information to auditors.
• Maintain and update financial databases and accounting software.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
