Job summary

Clicks in Johannesburg (Lea Glen) is inviting graduates to join the UPD Graduate Programme 2025/2026, a 12‑month internship offering hands‑on experience across pharmaceutical logistics and retail supply chain operations. You will work with multiple departments under the guidance of managers and the W&R SETA framework.

The role focuses on warehouse support, inventory control, reporting, and contributing to HR, finance, and training activities while developing essential professional competencies

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Completed relevant degree or diploma.
• Currently unemployed.
• South African citizenship or eligible to work in South Africa.
• Willing to commit to the full 12-month duration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in warehouse and distribution activities
• Assist with inventory control and reporting
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics
• Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Assist in developing and delivering training programmes
• Maintain employee records and assist with administrative HR functions
• Assist with financial reporting, data capturing, and reconciliation
• Support monthly and year-end financial processes
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with financial procedures
