Job summary

Mulilo is seeking a Graduate in Transactions for the Strategy & Transactions Graduate Programme in Cape Town. You will assist across wind, solar, and BESS projects, supporting financial close and multi-disciplinary workstreams with engineering, legal, environmental, and permitting teams.

Qualifications

• Assist in managing and supporting awarded projects.
• Contribute to project planning and timelines.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal committees.

• Set up and maintain virtual data rooms.

Job description

As a Graduate in Transactions, you will play a key role in bringing various wind, solar, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects to financial close. Working within the Transactions team, you will report to a Senior Associate, Manager, or Financial Close Lead. Your responsibilities include assisting with multiple workstreams across departments such as technical, commercial, financial, legal, environmental, permitting, and land teams to ensure successful project completion. You will gain experience in contracting, financial modeling, negotiating, and financing within the renewable energy sector.
