Job summary

Mulilo is seeking a Graduate in Transactions for the Strategy & Transactions Graduate Programme in Cape Town. You will assist across wind, solar, and BESS projects, supporting financial close and multi-disciplinary workstreams with engineering, legal, environmental, and permitting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or finance or a quantitative field.
• Valid SA Code 08 driver's license.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supporting awarded projects.
• Contribute to project planning and timelines.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal committees.
• Oversee and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate with the engineering department on yield forecasts, project layouts, and technical aspects.
• Assist in managing legal and technical due diligence workstreams.
• Set up and maintain virtual data rooms.
• Support high-level financial modeling and project financing.
• Engage with project advisors, partners, offtakers, and lenders for Project Financing.
• Assist Financial Close Leads with various tasks as needed.
