This immersive programme offers a structured, fast‑paced learning environment across key business functions, providing hands‑on exposure to real projects while developing both technical and soft skills. Graduates will actively contribute to Pele’s strategic goals through mentorship, coaching, and collaboration with seasoned professionals. Qualifications

• Ability to understand geographical maps, environmental studies, and related documentation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
