SC Johnson is looking for a Global Graduate in Supply Chain Finance to join its Manufacturing Finance team in Rosslyn, South Africa. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for EMEA Manufacturing, this role involves collaborating with SC Johnson's global finance and operations teams. The candidate will be responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L) budgeting, forecasting plant expenses, and conducting capacity analysis to identify and eliminate waste. The position will also support financial continuity through SC Johnson's Shared Services Center in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Analyze monthly financial performance focusing on production volumes, cost savings, and provide business insights
• Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare P&L forecasts related to the S&OP process, highlighting risks and opportunities
