Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Access, SAP R/3 and SAP BPC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and financial analysis: analyze monthly performance focusing on production volumes and cost savings.
• Forecasting and reporting: prepare P&L forecasts for the S&OP process, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Capital investment proposals: develop and track formal capex proposals for capacity expansion with ROI analysis.
• Variance analysis: monitor productivity and recommend improvements to support plant performance.
• Statutory reporting and internal controls: ensure SOX compliance and strengthen internal control environment.
