Job summary

The Shoprite Group of Companies offers the People and Performance Development (HRD) Internship in Centurion, Gauteng. This fixed-term programme provides practical exposure to HR functions within a retail environment, with mentorship and hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, training and engagement.

Interns gain real-world skills, collaborate with managers, and participate in structured training and development activities aimed at building foundational HR

• Qualified in HR or related field (completed or in progress).
