Job summary

Mustek is seeking a Human Resources Intern for the 2027 Graduate Internship Program in Johannesburg. You will assist the HR team with daily tasks, support recruitment processes, and help with onboarding and training initiatives.

You will also help maintain employee records and HR databases, contribute to various HR projects, and collaborate across Induction, Labour Relations, Wellness, Learning and Development, and Remuneration and Benefits.

Qualifications

• Matric must be completed.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Entry-level experience with exposure to HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong passion for people development, diversity, inclusion, and organizational culture.
• Adaptable and resilient.
• Performance-driven and individually accountable.
• Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Accuracy with strong attention to detail.
