Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination activities across the People & Culture function
• Partner with HR Business Partners, the HR Director, and Centres of Excellence teams on ad hoc projects and business initiatives
• Coordinate People & Culture events, workshops, engagement initiatives, and team activities
• Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners
• Contribute to HR-related projects and cross-functional initiatives that support business and people priorities
