Qualifications

  • Completed or final-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Development Studies or Sustainability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive learning and development programme aligned with the company’s long-term vision and operational goals
  • Engage in high-impact projects with cross-departmental exposure to build competencies in leadership, operations, and project management
  • Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders to accelerate personal and professional growth
  • Collaborate with department heads to assist in executing strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Contribute to strategic plans by analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and suggesting operational improvements
  • Apply analytical skills to assess KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes
