Job summary

Kontak Recruitment is seeking a meticulous Job Card and Safety Administrator for Silvertondale, Pretoria. You will issue and coordinate job cards for technical teams, keep clients informed of site findings and progress, and manage costing and safety documentation in a regulated environment.

Applicants should have Matric, admin/coordination experience, strong numeracy, and proficiency in Word/Excel. This permanent role offers R15 000 to R18 000 CTC per month.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in an administrative/coordination role.
• Experience with job cards/work orders is advantageous.
• Experience in technical/services, construction, engineering or maintenance is advantageous.
• Exposure to occupational health and safety administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue job cards to employees/teams each morning.
• Capture and maintain job card information on company systems.
• Monitor progress and status of open job cards.
• Inform clients of findings, progress and requirements.
• Close completed job cards after verification.
