Browns is a proudly South African family-owned luxury jewellery business seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to join its Polokwane boutique. You’ll combine sales ability with exceptional client service, product knowledge and a genuine passion for luxury.

In this role you’ll welcome clients, present our fine jewellery with confidence, build lasting relationships and work toward sales targets with uncapped commission. Training and growth opportunities accompany a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is advantageous, but training will be provided.
• Flexible schedule, weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm luxury experience.
• Build relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Present and sell our fine jewellery with confidence and knowledge.
• Work toward and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission.
• Follow up with clients and drive repeat business.
• Stay up to date with collections, craftsmanship and launches.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance and professionalism.
