Job summary

Browns Jewellers is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to join our South Africa boutique. You will combine sales ability with exceptional client service, product knowledge and a genuine passion for luxury, delivering memorable experiences for every client.

You will welcome clients, build relationships, present our fine jewellery with confidence and stay updated on our collections, craftsmanship and launches. Ambition, enthusiasm and a talent for sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred; enthusiasm, ambition and sales talent valued above all.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and personalised luxury experience.
• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Present and sell our fine jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission rewarding performance.
• Follow up with clients and develop lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Stay up to date with collections, craftsmanship, product launches and the world of luxury jewellery.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance, professionalism and confidence.
