Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related fields.
- 6+ years as a software engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering and clean-code practices.
- Ability to architect and design enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical decision making and delivery for web and mobile apps.
- Mentor teammates and foster collaboration across teams.
- Engage with customers to understand needs and provide trusted advice.
- Contribute to SDLC activities from design to estimation and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in projects.
