Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive software development experience.
• Expert knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and quality initiatives.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, architectural, and development standards.
• Mentor developers and promote continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and system designs.
