Essential Health Pharmacy Group is recruiting for a Microsoft Certified IT Technician. The role combines IT infrastructure, systems management and networking responsibilities to support pharmacy operations at our Head Office in Brackenfell.

You will install, configure and maintain networks and servers, provide end-user support, ensure data security and collaborate with pharmacies to align service delivery. A completed IT qualification and MS Office Expert certification are required, with

Qualificações

• Completed IT related qualification.
• Microsoft Office Expert Level Certification required.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• 3–5 years in a similar role desirable.
• Linux knowledge advantageous.
• Knowledge of Unisolv Pharmacy program advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Install and configure IT equipment and network components.
• Maintain computer networks and data security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Provide end-user support.
• On-site network support and BAU delivery.
• Travel between pharmacies as needed.

Essential Health Pharmacy Group is recruiting for a Microsoft Certified IT Technician. This role will involve a combination of IT infrastructure, systems management and networking. The position is based at our Head Office in Brackenfell.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and configure IT equipment: Computers, laptops, laying of network cables, install of IP Phones, installation and configure of IP-CCTV camera’s
• Maintain computer networks
• Creating firewalls and update virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected
• Troubleshoot , resolve, and communicate network issues to employees and management
• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
• End user support
• Monitoring of software solutions
• Troubleshooting of software issues and end-user problems
• Software integration and associated infrastructure support
• On site network support
• Ensure the alignment of technology and business objectives
• Keep abreast of latest technology and process improvements with focus on continuous improvement
• Ensure efficient and cost effective BAU support is delivered to the customer in line with the business objectives
• Microsoft Server Management
• Engage frequently with the pharmacies to maintain awareness of expectations and service delivery experiences
• Ad hoc responsibilities as required to support the operational requirements of the pharmacies and central office
• Travelling between pharmacies from time-to-time

Qualifications and Experience:

• Completed IT related qualification
• Microsoft Office Expert Level Certification (Required)
• Advanced Excel skills (Required)
• 3-5 years in a similar role (Desirable)
• Linux (Advantageous)
• Knowledge of Unisolv Pharmacy program (Advantageous)
