Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience focusing on systems implementation (ERP, CRM, software deployments).
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SDLC, and system integration.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize IT and systems implementation projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate resources and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Define project scope, deliverables and success criteria with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver project plans, proposals, reports and presentations.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Manage vendor selection and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and system adoption.
• Track milestones and provide regular status updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in IT project delivery.
