As part of the ICT team and reporting directly to senior management, you will oversee mission-critical systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization, telephony, and backups. You will manage IT strategy, budgeting, vendor relationships, and project implementation while ensuring compliance and cybersecurity best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and virtualization platforms (Proxmox).
• Ensure system security, uptime, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Manage IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Lead IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the IT Systems Administrator and broader ICT team.
• Monitor and optimize Microsoft environments, telephony systems, and backup solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and systems analysis.

• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (Proxmox or similar).
