Job summary

Headcount Personnel Consultants seeks a Services Manager to lead the Client Services unit, guiding a diverse team of specialists, engineers, account managers, and admins. You will own contracts, oversee IT support, sales and project management, and drive tenders while leveraging ICT vendor knowledge to grow the business.

The role focuses on revenue generation, solutions, presales and technical support within client services, requiring deep ICT sector experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in the ICT sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of client service operations, including end-user devices (printing, laptops, desktops, managed service desk, boardroom equipment, Microsoft Services and resource contracts, etc).
• Proven track record of successful revenue generation and sales management.
