Job summary

Kaelo is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan and deliver IT operations projects from initiation through close-out. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and coordinate vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The role demands hands-on delivery management across infrastructure, rollout, upgrade, and site projects, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and alignment with IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' IT project management experience.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, rollout, systems implementation or upgrade projects.
• Experience managing project budgets and reporting on financial performance.
• Experience managing vendors and technology partners on project delivery.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and plan projects with defined scope and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, site engineers and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and accountability.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation actions.
• Provide governance, reporting and handover to operations.
